Great Livin’ provides a stand-alone service for individuals who live independently but may have medical needs that need to be addressed and monitored by a nurse on a regular basis. Adult Nursing Services (ANS) are designed to meet a variety of health conditions experienced by adults receiving services on the DD Waiver Program. These services are intended to support the highest practicable level of health, functioning and independence for persons age 21 years and older.
